I remember hearing on British Radio 1 in a Steve Coogan interview that after he had made his second series of “Saxondale” that he would begin work on Alan Partridge “The Movie”! Now i’ve had many discussions about british comedy and Alan is certainly near the top if not on top – Watch this space for more information when I hear something.

I have mixed feelings about M. Night Shayamalan – I enjoyed 6th sense, Unbreakable and Signs, for me the others were distinctively average. This new film “The Happening” seems to have the right elements to make this film a success.

A couple goes on the run from an apocalyptic crisis that presents a large-scale threat to humanity.

Looking at the trailer and reading through the various movie forums, many people believe the happening is either a flock of killer bees or a man made virus that uses the natural elements to kill everyone. No doubt there will be a twist in the tale and the happening just happened – no imagination I know lol.
