The first time I saw the first trailer for this movie was a good 3-4 months ago. Firstly I really like Will Smith in action films, he was great in I Robot and Independence day – he really has a good balance between the hard man and humour. Anyway, the trailer, Will Smith in some kind of panic in New York, rushing his family out on a boat. Then after the panic you see him wondering the streets all alone, then the deep voiced voiceover says something like “But he’s not alone” which at the time sent a bit of a shiver down my neck.

The first trailer really didn’t explain much, which is what I liked – why was everyone leaving NY and who is alone with him? I got even more when I saw the second trailer this week.

**Possible Spoiler**

Basically it seems that there is an infection which turns everyone into zombie creatures (awesome), in the second trailer it gave the whole speech about being alone during the day but during the evening he had to “survive”. You saw some of the creatures, they looked pretty sweet, half zombie half monster. I’m sure I also heard that Will was in fact immune to the infection, but we will see. Its out this December and I will be watching it in a cinema thank you very much.
